These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to any use of the MYEVENTSPACE platform. By registering on the platform, you explicitly agree to these rules.
Users agree to these rules both in their current form and in any future extended or modified version.
MYEVENTSPACE exclusively provides the technical infrastructure to connect artists, bookers, venues, and fans. We act as a purely neutral intermediary for contact opportunities.
We do not receive any commissions, fees, or other percentage shares from the contracts, agreements, or bookings made between the parties (e.g., booker and artist, booker and venue, venue and artist, or vice versa) via this platform.
All contracts, gigs, performances, payment agreements, or other arrangements initiated or concluded via MYEVENTSPACE take place exclusively between the respective users.
Under no circumstances do we assume liability for the conclusion, execution, quality, cancellations, or payment terms of these arrangements. MYEVENTSPACE explicitly distances itself and is exempt from any liability regarding disputes between users.
Every user is solely and fully responsible for all content (images, texts, logos, technical riders, audio/video links, etc.) they upload to MYEVENTSPACE.
We have no knowledge of who holds the copyright or usage rights for the uploaded material. If a user uploads material for which they do not possess the appropriate rights, the sole fault and liability lies with the user. The user agrees to fully indemnify and hold MYEVENTSPACE harmless against any third-party claims in such cases.
Important Note: Should legal disputes or copyright infringements occur, we reserve the right to disclose all user data available to us to clarify the facts upon plausible request from rights holders or authorities.
MYEVENTSPACE assumes no liability, warranty, or guarantee for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or legal admissibility of the data and profile information provided by users (incl. addresses, capacities, tech specs).
It is the users' responsibility to independently verify the details of other parties before concluding a contract or making a binding booking.
We reserve the right to amend or expand these ToS at any time, especially to reflect legal changes or new platform features. Users accept that continued use of the platform following an amendment constitutes agreement to the new terms.
